James River Basin Partnership Learn More The James River Basin Partnership JRBPis a grassroots notforprofit 501c3 organization working to improve and protect the water quality of the springs streams rivers and lakes in the James River watershed whichconsists of almost a million acres of land in portions of eight counties. Upcoming Events Make an impact during Earth Day this year by helping clean up our beloved James River and Lake Springfield. Join other volunteers in walking the shoreline or floating on the water to remove trash from our waterways.
