Today we celebrate Rhianna’s 5-year anniversary at Measures for Justice! As a Data Quality Analyst II, Rhianna spends her days diving deep into datasets—think spreadsheets, spreadsheets, and more spreadsheets—making sure the data we work with is clean, usable, and not too “weird.” She also brings her talents to our Wayfinder reports, partnering with agencies as a kind of “data therapist” to help them better understand where they shine and where there’s room to grow. When she’s not wrangling data, you’ll probably find her curled up with a book or out exploring the world—she’s already been to 29 countries and counting! 🌍📚 Rhianna says her favorite part of working at MFJ is the people - and we’re lucky to have her on the team.
