To finish off the week, the ACCESS youth team (Andrea Dominguez and Maggie Stelzner) read "How Chile came to New Mexico" by Rudolfo Anaya. Afterwards, the students got to fngerpaint the first letter of their name. It was fun spending time outside. Until next week! We had so much fun today! The ACCESS youth team (Andrea Dominguez and Maggie Stelzner) read "Chickens Aren't the Only Ones" by Ruth Heller. We learned about all the animals that lay eggs and we had a fun egg hunt. Inside the eggs were prompts for charades that the kids had so much fun acting out.
