This past weekend, our Little Giraffe Foundation Board came together with a few special tiny guests to review our progress and make some exciting decisions. We celebrated the impact we’ve made this year through holiday gifts delivered to families in the NICU, our NICU support grants, and our medical research grants The heart of our meeting was selecting the grant recipients for this year, a difficult but rewarding decision process. We had many wonderful applicants and we’ll be notifying those chosen by October 30 We also finalized plans for our annual gala! Mark your calendars for April 25, 2026, at Treehouse in Chicago. Tickets go on sale in November. Weve helped over 32000 preemie babies and their families. The Little Giraffe Foundation is a national 501c3 nonprofit based in Chicago dedicated to supporting parents and patients of the neonatal intensive care unit NICU. Since 2011 the foundation has delivered over 32000 gift bags to an array of neonatal intensive care units awarded over 150 support grants to dozens of hospitals across the country and funded nearly 350000 in medical research. We support the parents and patients of the NICU.
