May Rose – Foster or Furever Home Needed ASAP May Rose is a one-of-a-kind type of girl whose underbite is absolutely adorable and we think it definitely adds to her charm. We don’t know how May Rose found herself at the shelter, but we were really glad one of our supporters tagged us in her online photo. Once we knew about her, we were there the next day to spring her from the shelter. May Rose has a large spot on her hip where the fur is missing – it looks like it may be road rash, and she may have been hit or swiped by a car. She doesn’t show any other effects of whatever happened, and the rest of her coat is shiny and soft. We are not sure how old she is – but she seems to be on the young side. She weighs just 16 lbs. and could definitely use some groceries to help her gain some weight, but she will be on the small size even with the much-needed weight gain. We don’t have much more info on her and would love to get her into a foster home so we can find her the best forever home for her. She is sitting at the vet in boarding and really wishing she can get out of there ASAP. UPDATE - LUNA IS IN A NEW HOME! Sweet little Luna is in need of a foster or better yet forever home! Luna is just 15 months old and weighs 16lbs. No one wanted to adopt Luna because of her two cherry eyes. Luna is very well mannered and loves people and other dogs. She is house trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She loves toys and is very food motivated. She is the total package just waiting for the right home to come along. You can see her cherry eyes in the photos – Boston Buddies has taken care of the eyes but we don’t have any photos of her post surgery. Luna has also been spayed, brought up to date on vaccines, microchipped and fecal and heartworm tested (both negative). Luna is currently sitting in boarding at the vet and we are in desperate need of a foster or forever home for her.
