To Them Employment Sounds Like Redemption Without meaningful employment those released from prison are likely to return in just a few years. With your help we can break this destructive cycle of recidivism. On average over 600000 people are released from state and federal prisons each year. Existing hiring policies and the social stigma of having been incarcerated often limit access to jobs with sustainable wages and opportunities for career advancement.
