Rooted in our values of compassion, equity, and inclusion, we gather every Friday to create, move, connect, and grow. 🧘What we do each week: ✨ Mind-Body Practices:Gentle and adaptive yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and inner calm. 🎨 Creative & Healing Arts:Hands-on projects like painting, making malas, prayer flags, and more — offering a chance for self-expression and mindfulness through art. 🥗 Wellness & Life Skills:Cooking classes (at places like Metro Caring), nutrition education, and discussions around self-care and community care. 🌍 Community Outings:Monthly field trips to local museums, cultural centers, nature walks, and wellness-based organizations to foster learning, inclusion, and fun. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾 Service & Connection: Opportunities to volunteer and give back, while also building meaningful friendships and a deep sense of belonging. 🎶 A Safe Place to Be You: Filled with music, laughter, movement, and moments of stillness.
