🌟 Last week we wrapped our first program of the summer and our first-ever Inspiring Youth Empowerment & Resilience program—and what a week it was! 💪✨ High school students from across the Seacoast in ME and NH came together for a powerful overnight leadership experience that pushed them out of their comfort zones and into their purpose. Over the week, they: → Built resilience through hands-on workshops in CBT, → Mentored younger students in mindful movement and mental health, → Strengthened their communication and confidence, → Earned two high school credits, → And most importantly, made a lasting impact on their community 💬🧠🌱 Special thanks to @foundationforseacoasthealth for making this program possible and to our community partners like @footprints_market for helping inspire the next generation of changemakers.
