Ready for a ghost story? 👻 This eerie painting by Karl Yens captures a quiet moment near Arch Beach Tavern in South Laguna—but don’t be fooled by the peaceful scene. Originally built in 1915 to house members of the early film industry and real estate buyers, the building now has a very different reputation… Today, it’s considered one of the most haunted places in Laguna Beach. Locals say that while Oak and Brooks streets get all the Halloween foot traffic, no one dares trick-or-treat at this house. Maybe because it’s just too haunted. Many visitors have come forward to say they've heard or seen strange things—according to the Ghosts of America website, this building has more reported ghost sightings than any other in the area.
