One of the key initiatives of ASES Past President Dr. Frank Cordasco was the establishment of the Neer Circle, formally codified as a membership category in 2024. In this video, Dr. Cordasco shares the origins, mission, and goals of the Neer Circle, created to recognize members who have dedicated years of service and leadership to ASES. Entry into the Neer Circle represents a distinct honor within our society, and its Fellows play an important role in advancing the practice of shoulder and elbow surgery through collaboration, consensus, and advocacy.
