Downeast Restorative Justice Downeast Restorative Justice believes in our interdependence and in the power of social healing. Relationships respect responsibility and repair empathy and inclusiveness are some of the key components in Restorative work. We engage in community building conversations from difficult conflicts to support circles through our work of coaching training and facilitation of circles. When addressing harm and conflict the work is to help make things as right as possible and repair harmed relationships through equitable nonpunitive nonadversarial communitybased justice.
