COMMUNITY POST: DHHBF The DHHBF Collective has planned an impactful week of informative virtual activities. Art created by Deaf artist Fran Flaherty from Anthropology of Motherhood will be shared daily via Facebook, because a picture is worth a thousand words. ADeaf breastfeeding education video series, produced by Blue20, a Deaf owned production company, will be shared. A Q&A panel, guided by International Board Certified Lactation Consultants and lactation specialists, with participation from breastfeeding families will provide real-time support. The culminating event will include professional photos of Deaf Breastfeeding families with a brief description of their breastfeeding journey. We invite you to participate all week!
