Together were improving our communities The Council of Community Services envisions a future in which all people have equitable pathways to health housing and resources. Were dedicated to improving health ending homelessness and increasing access to resources. By assessing the needs of our community we can develop effective plans to improve available programs and resources as well as establish new ones to benefit those in need. About Us Helping our community with four needsdriven service areas With focuses on housing health programs information and referral services and capacity building services our programs help provide equitable access to health and human services.
