Help us welcome Shelby Lashbrook as the new State Director of Civic Engagement for our IN Alliance of YMCAs. Shelby brings an impressive blend of experience and passion for nonprofit work, youth development, and civic programming. She has worked in progressively responsible roles at the YMCA of Morgan County, including Youth Program Director, Regional Recruiter for Youth and Government, and Interim Membership Director. Her leadership in managing youth programs, driving regional engagement, and fostering partnerships has made her a dynamic force in growing civic education opportunities for young people across Indiana. Shelby is also pursuing her degree in Developmental Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice at Liberty University. We are thrilled to welcome Shelby to the team! (fb)
