There are a couple of upcoming events in June and the deadline to register for one or both events is tomorrow, Friday, May 30. If interested in either or both events, please make sure you get registered by tomorrow, Friday, May 30. A Showmanship Clinic series is scheduled for this coming June. This clinic is presented by the Huron County JLA, Huron County 4-H, Thumb Jackpot Beef Education Program, and the Huron Community Fair. A detailed flyer is attached for your convenience with dates and specific times for various species. This series will take place at the Huron Community Fairgrounds in Bad Axe with all meals provided by Huron County Farm Bureau. All livestock will be provided for this series, please DO NOT bring livestock to the events! Youth will learn how to maneuver around the ring, proper showring attire, prepare for show day, and interact with the judge. All participants will leave with livestock equipment – one per species you are registered to show at the 2025 Huron Community Fair. Deadline is tomorrow Friday, May 30.
