October is Prevention Month Youth Substance Use Prevention and Substance Misuse Prevention Month. This is a critical time to highlight the importance of prevention efforts in our communities. Prevention is powerfulit strengthens protective factors and reduces risk factors across individuals families schools and communities. Throughout October we encourage you to schedule a meeting with a local decisionmaker.
