🚗 Celebrating Manufacturing Month! 🏭 Earlier this month, eighteen seniors from Onaway Area Community Schools (through Michigan Works Northeast Consortium) visited Cadillac Products Automotive Company for an eye-opening Talent Tour. Plant Manager Robert Klein welcomed the students and shared insights about the wide variety of jobs and skills needed in modern manufacturing. Students got a firsthand look at how plastic pellets are transformed into sheets, molded into car parts like water seals for doors, and even recycled back into new products. From observing robotic machines in action to learning about patented parts made right at Cadillac Products, the students experienced the fascinating processes behind automotive manufacturing.
