Join us for a beginner friendly yoga class with queer community at Women’s Wilderness! No experience needed. The class will be a gentle vinyasa flow, with plenty of tips on alignment to support your safety. This class will be specifically designed to support queer people; it will be trauma-informed, gender inclusive, supportive of all bodies. Various options will be given for poses so each person can tailer the class to align with what their body needs/desires. We will be outside the WW office on the lawn.
