We Are Here For You Why ChooseLAAN. The Lansing Area AIDS Network has a rich tradition of providing critical services to those living with HIV throughout central Michigan. All services at LAAN are provided free of charge to clients and our knowledgeable case managers are always happy to help you find the assistance programs that you qualify for. In addition to participating in state and federally funded programs LAAN continuously strives to develop innovative new programs to meet the needs of our community.
