A couple weeks ago, NTPS School Board candidate for position 2 Tim Bullus, informed me (Ray Nelson) that he has been accepted into the police academy in Chehalis. This would mean he would likely miss many school board meetings from December through April. Tim cannot remove his name from the November ballot, and he told me that he "recommended putting all endorsements behind Jeremy [Ryan]." We cannot undo the endorsements made by the NT Labor Council and WEA-PAC, but given the information from Tim himself, I think it prudent that we get the word out to members and the community that Jeremy Ryan may be the better candidate at this point.
