March 14 & 15 April 25 & 26 May 30 & 31 August 1 & 2 September 19 & 20 October 31 & November 1 (Annual Halloween Costume Charity Show on Friday, October 30) 2026 Membership Meetings January 7 February 4 May 6 June 3 September 2 October 7 November 11 All shows are held at Wills Park Equestrian Center in Alpharetta, GA. All meetings are on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom. Thank you for a wonderful 2025 season! We look forward to our amazing awards banquet in January 2026! ⭐️🌟Points are posted on the website!🌟⭐️ ⭐️Please check the website for any discrepancies and report them to us as soon as possible at show_sec@rollinghillssc.org. ⭐️Make sure your points, meetings attended, hours worked, and shows attended are correct. We only have one more meeting (November 5th). ⭐️Shortly after this meeting, the year end results will be locked and no corrections will be made. ⭐️We will send out the special award orders forms for Champions and Reserve Champions as soon as points are finalized. 3-6th place receive a beautiful rosette with extra long streamers. ⭐️⭐️If you are a Champion or Reserve Champion, you MUST select an award this year. You will not receive a trophy as a default prize.⭐️⭐️ Thank you for your help! 😊 Just a reminder, to qualify for year end awards you must: Be a member in good standing. Attend Majority of Shows (4 out of 10 for Exceptional Riders, 5 out of 10 for Jumpers in the Hunter Ring and Runners because they are timed and not judged, and 6 out of 10 for everyone else). Attend 3 meetings per individual or family membership. Complete 2 hours of volunteer work per rider qualifying for year-end awards.
