Let us all take a moment to remember and honor those we have lost serving our country. To anyone who supports Valor Honey, you’re supporting a dream that grew out of the loss of a soldier named Hank who served in Vietnam with Gary. There were others, but Hank represents them all. “Within a few feet of me, Hank was greviously wounded. We were both taken to a field hospital and were placed on adjoining hospital cots. Somehow, he lived for a couple of hours. I held his hand until it went limp. He deserves to be honored on this Memorial Day as do the hundreds of thousands of heroes who have given their all for us.” We are grateful beyond words and take a moment of silence to never forget their sacrifices. Our classes at Fort Riley for active duty soldiers and their family members result in an Apprentice level certificate. We are nearly half way through our first class. Our bees are developing well. We started with installing packages the second week of April. It is an amazing opportunity to work beside these great Americans - Gary (fb)
