Transformative Justice Coalition The Transformative Justice Coalition TJC is a nonpartisan 501c3 nonprofit established in 2015 by Barbara Arnwine President Emeritus of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. TJC seeks to be a catalyst for transformative institutional changes that bring about justice and equality in the United States and abroad. NoDEINoBuy Diversity Equity and Inclusion DEI policies and practices are under attack by the Trump Administration and others. In the face of this onslaught many corporations have voluntarily abandoned or curtailed their DEI policies.
