Our small animal surgery campaign in the Galapagos recently concluded with 74 successful spay/neuter surgeries! A hard-working team of passionate World Vets volunteers (including 2 surgeons) and local staff provided much needed care—including sterilizations, health checkups, diagnostics, and preventative treatments—for pets in and around San Cristobal. The team also trapped and neutered several stray cats, helping to safeguard the unique, indigenous wildlife of the islands.
