Ms. Pamela Rabon, Youth Village’s Administration Assistant, has been presented with the Inaugural Employee Attendance Award in recognition of her dedication, reliability, dependability and the love and care she shows for the children and staff members of our program. Miss Pamela has been employed at Youth Village for 457 days…and counting. She has only been absent for a total of 8 days during this time and out of those 8 days she has only been sick 1 day! In addition, Miss Pamela has only been tardy for 3 days and that was only because of the heavy, notorious traffic on Highway 98! On top of that she works Monday-Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm… longer hours than ANYONE else at Youth Village! We are ALL so grateful to have such a wonderful, dedicated and reliable employee. Miss Pamela was presented with the special certificate and a VISA gift card by Youth Village Director Miss Valerie Bogar. Thank you so much Miss Pamela…you are greatly appreciated!
