Disability Advocates have convened to fight a Colorado Law they say violates the ADA, Section 504 of the Rehab Act, and Constitutional guarantees to due process and equal protection under the 14th amendment. Advocates allege this is an attempt by Colorado to encourage many people with disabilities to end their lives instead of providing them with needed resources.
