Building leaders of leaders. The Leadership Empowerment Center LEC exists to aid in bringing resolution to our youths problems by meeting their spiritual academic and social needs. We do that through leadership educational and recreational programming. We currently serve youth in the North Memphis Frayser community 38127 and serve along side Georgian Hills Middle School Martin Luther King College Preparatory High School and Trezevant High.
