We are so thankful to @karaoakland for selecting FentCheck as their nonprofit of the season. These folks are amazing, what an incredible way to have fun, meet people, and get to know Oakland venues. This season, they’re competing out of @811parliament on Tuesday nights if you want to see some great talent and learn about getting involved! We’ll also be doing Naloxone training with them on July 8th, their “Blame it on the Alcohol..and drugs” theme night. Welcome to FentCheck About Us FentChecks mission is to decrease the overwhelming number of accidental overdoses by providing lifesaving resources like Fentanyl Test Strips and NARCAN within the community. We work directly with owners employees and customers in places related to nightlife social clubs and schools where many fentanyl overdoses occur. We focus on how to respond in an emergency and how to prevent one. We help people who use drugs feel more savvy about drug safety and we equip them to educate their peers about fentanyl testing.
