In this week’s #PAIN Featured Image, Barnet et al. present a schematic representation of their experimental design. Ovariectomy surgeries were conducted on female rats, which were then acclimated to glass chambers for behavioral testing and to innocuous mechanical stimulation for 3 days before and 3 days after cannula implantation.
