🩵🤍 As we conclude our series of end-of-year highlights, we want to close on a very special note: saying a heartfelt goodbye to our Head of School, Ben Hebebrand, whose farewell we celebrated throughout last week. Students from Preschool through Grade 8, along with faculty and staff, came together on Monday for a moving All-School Assembly to thank Herrn Hebebrand – including a touching farewell song performed by all students. Ben's farewell continued throughout the week, with recognition from the GISC Parent Group (GPG) and GISC Board of Trustees at the End-of-Year Potluck, a casual farewell celebration at Begyle Brewing, and a Faculty & Staff goodbye on Friday. Lieber Ben, we are deeply grateful for your leadership, vision, and dedication over the past four years. You have moved GISC forward in so many meaningful ways, leaving a lasting impact on our school and community. 💙 From all of us at GISC – thank you for your guidance, kindness, and belief in our mission.
