On Thursday night, Penn High School choir director Andrew Nemeth will be on the mound throwing out the first pitch at the South Bend Cubs. Andrew was 36 years old when he suffered a stroke between classes. "It's about more than baseball. It's about bringing (survivors) joy and spreading education about stroke," says Cubs President Joe Hart. "Being able to partner with Beacon and create awareness about stroke at our ballpark is a spectacular thing to do."
