Good evening, I hope you are all well. I had a total hip replacement 16 day ago, I'm healing well and as soon as physically possible I will return to training/teaching. If you'd like to follow my journey I am posting it on a YouTube channel of mine and isn't under Phoenix as it'll be about more that just martial arts as my healing progresses. Once my right hip is healed enough I should be going in for my left to be replaced also then I will be back to full potential for the first time since I was 28. From the very beginning of Phoenix my hips were on borrowed time, I was offered false hips in 2014 but declined as that would have been the end of my martial arts career due to the long list of limitations but now with modern hips there are no limitations.
