In collaboration with the Community Space, we will be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 26th September, to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. This cause is very close to our hearts. Over the past year, our community has been deeply affected by cancer; some of our members have sadly passed away, others have/or are currently undergoing treatment, and many have supported loved ones through a diagnosis. One in two of us will face cancer in our lifetime – a sobering statistic that highlights just how crucial the work of Macmillan is. Their support services offer care, guidance, and comfort during some of the hardest times, and we want to do our part to give back.
