As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we’re keen to engage with you more regularly through resident meetings. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we want to create more opportunities to hear from you directly. We’ll be holding Resident Care and Repairs Days, which will be a great chance for you to come along, share your thoughts on improvements, and hear updates on what’s happening across housing, support, and repairs. These sessions will also give you the opportunity to ask questions and speak directly with members of our team. We aim to have staff from Housing, Support, and Repairs present at each meeting to ensure your concerns and ideas are heard and addressed.
