Powerful speech by Professor Calvin Moorley MBE on Diversity in Leadership roles at #QICN2025, "BME representation in NHS workforce is growing but disparities in career progression still persist. 80% of white applicants have higher appointment rates than BME candidates. BME staff experience higher levels of harassment 24.9% than white staff 20.7%. Those of you who are leaders at this conference: look at structural barriers, try and find out from your trust, your ICB, have we got a race equity plan?" (fb)
