The idea, which came from a discussion with residents, helps everyone get what they need—from tea and toothpaste to cleaning supplies and birthday chocolates—all while maintaining their independence. House Manager Emma explains, "All the money we receive goes straight back into restocking the shop." It's not about profit; it's about making life easier for our residents and their families.
