Do any of our readers have any suggestions that we can offer the daughter who has contacted ALHA Facebook to ask about the memories of her 92-year-old Mum who lived with her family near Temple Meads during WW2? There are seven pages of handwritten notes at present. The number of people alive now who were old enough at the time to remember what happened and can recollect their own experiences must be diminishing, which makes such memoirs all the more valuable.
