Fratton Community Centre provides the city with a gym, café, sports hall, various groups, activies and events and different sized rooms available to hire. To promote the benefit of inhabitants of Fratton, without distinction of sex, political, religious or other opinions by associating with local authorities, voluntary organisation and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation therefore improving life conditions of said inhabitants.
