The next Newquay Museum Group meeting at the Great Western Hotel is being postponed to Tuesday 6th May. We hope as many people will be able to attend this rescheduling. (fb)
Of special interest to photographers and wildlife enthusiasts a revision to this weeks illustrated talk. 'Wildlife of our coats and estuaries' is updated and will include images of the recent visits of Humpback Whales to Newquay waters. Newquay Museum Group is pleased to host Adrian Langdon, a renowned wildlife photographer, to its monthly meeting at the Great Western Hotel on Wednesday 19th starting 7:30pm. Newquay Museum Sharing Newquay District and Cornwalls Heritage This is a new website replacing the longstanding Newquay Old Cornwall Society website and is an ongoing project in the course of construction. Please bear with us and much more information will be added as soon as possible. Newquay Museum is run by volunteers from Kowethas Kernow Goth Tewynblustri Newquay Old Cornwall Society. We collect preserve and share knowledge artefacts photographs documents and carryout research about the districts historical and cultural heritage.
