Ringwood Meeting House History Centre Built in 1727 with preserved original features earning Grade II status Ringwoods official history centre extensive archives exhibitions and events all year around Welcome Ringwood Meeting House is now the only dissenting Meeting House in Hampshire to survive from the period before 1800 in a virtually unaltered state. The survival of its original box pews has gained the building its Grade II listing in recognition of its outstanding national merit. Grants from the Heritage Lottery Fund and other generous benefactors enabled the total restoration of the building in 2011. The galleries now house a permanent exhibition depicting the history of Ringwood.
