We hold monthly lectures on aspects of local history. They are held in St Mary's Church, Barnes on the third Thursday of the month. Everyone is welcome. To promote the advancement of the education of the public by the study of local history in the parishes of Barnes & Mortlake, by recording and where appropriate publishing the results of such study. To collect and preserve documents,pictures and other relics relating to Barnes & Mortlake. Also by organising meetings,exhibitions and visits to places of historical interest.
