Celebrating Our Stars! 🌟 As the school year winds down, we're buzzing with pride for our AHS students' incredible extracurricular achievements on national and international stages! Scottish National Finals 2025: 🏊‍♀️ Huge congratulations to Ella for her outstanding performance at the Scottish Summer Meet! She rocked 8 events, making finals in 100m & 200m butterfly (9th & 4th!), and securing 4th in 400IM. A massive PB in 400m freestyle too! So proud, Ella! English Schools Athletics: 🏃‍♀️ A huge shout-out to Gabriella! She crushed it at English Schools Athletics, setting a PB and qualifying for the 800m national final in Birmingham, where she finished 8th with her second fastest time! Amazing effort, Gabriella! World Dance Competition: 🩰Bravo to Mia in Year 8! She shone at the World Dance Competition, earning 2nd in group Jazz and 3rd in small lyrical group. Your dedication is truly amazing, Mia! World Cup Gymnastics: 🤸‍♀️ Massive applause for Nikol at the World Cup in Bulgaria! She made us incredibly proud, reaching finals for bars and beam, and securing a brilliant 3rd place in the beam final – her first World Cup medal! Absolutely incredible, Nikol! What a fantastic two weeks it's been! 🎉 Our House Drama showcased incredible talent with captivating performances under the theme 'All the world's a stage'. Huge congrats to Ascott House for taking 1st place, and to Anya & Deepali for their special prizes! Monday saw our Colour Awards, a truly special afternoon celebrating student achievement and effort. A big thank you to Alumna Bridget Harrington for her inspiring words, and to Phoebe (Year 12) & Mr. Warner for the delightful musical interlude. Finally, our Summer Showcase was an absolute joy! Our students are simply brilliant, and we're so proud of them.
