We're incredibly proud of Emile, a member of EvolvE Explorer Scout Unit who has been recognised by Chief Scout, Dwayne Fields as an unsung hero. Emile was one of just 20 Scouts from across the UK recognised for their outstanding work in the community. Since June last year, Emile has collected over 400 bags of litter, cleaned road signs and campaigned through local officials such as the council and the MP for new bins and initiatives to reduce litter within the Chelmsford area. He has successfully secured 10 bins and has worked with the council to create litter picking stations which are now being rolled out at cafes and restaurants. (fb)
