🌟 Volunteers Needed – Join Girlguiding! 🌟 Want to support girls and young women, but not sure you can help in a unit? There’s so much more to Girlguiding than weekly meetings and we’d love your help behind the scenes. We’re currently looking for volunteers to support with: 🧾 Admin and paperwork 📊 Treasurer roles (keeping unit accounts) 📧 Emailing parents and handling communications 📋 Tracking badge work and waiting lists 📝 Taking minutes at division meetings 🧍 Onboarding new volunteers 📌 Risk assessments for trips and events 🎟️ Event planning (booking venues, organising group outings) Lots of our units are being run by a skeleton team and by diverting some of the admin tasks we can make a difference to our overloaded volunteers. Whether you’ve got an hour a week or a bit more to give, every bit helps. Many hands really do make light work and you’ll be part of something brilliant. Over 100 members of Bristol West Division enjoyed Moana 2 at the Scott cinema this evening Big thanks to Polly Cockerham for organising and good to see various Rainbows Brownies and Guides in attendance. Thankyou to all the volunteers who supported taking the girls on another adventure! Trips like this can't happen without volunteers.
