On Thursday 24 July, our talented Star For A Night cast brought The Wizard of Oz to life with a spectacular performance that earned a standing ovation at Carrington School. The Mayor and Mayoress were our honoured guests in an audience filled with family, friends, and members of the community. Every cast member shone, but a special shout-out goes to the Scarecrow for an especially memorable performance! Star for a Night is a well-established and successful youth performing arts project that involves 10 weeks of free tuition to young people (11 - 18yrs or 25yrs for those with learning difficulties). A huge thank you to Charlotte and her amazing team from Zapphire Aerial Arts for their dedication and hard work in preparing the cast for the big night. Interested in performing next year?
