Last week we had our annual 'Drop Everything and Read' week for Years 7 and 8 📖 Pupils have been dedicating their Prep time to reading for pleasure, from a list of titles shortlisted by our Librarian, Mrs Ghoshray. Studies show children who read for pleasure are more likely to do well in school, have better paying jobs and better health and well-being! Last week, we celebrated our Upper Sixth’s final day with a fantastic Creative Day! The Upper Sixth took charge and chose a brilliant theme: pupils dressed as video game characters, while staff embraced their inner villains! 👾🦹‍♂️ The day was packed with fun — from a bouncy castle and ice cream to a lunch menu handpicked by the Upper Sixth: crispy chicken goujons and golden potato tots 😋 It was a joyful and memorable way to celebrate and say goodbye as they head off on study leave and prepare for their exams.
