A huge congratulations to our 46 amazing Year 10 girls who completed their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze assessment last weekend! Setting off from Wendover Station, the girls independently navigated a 24–26km route, camped overnight at a Girl Guide site in Ellesborough, and cooked on trangias after a long day of walking. The beautiful weather only added to the experience! From yoga in the sun to a spontaneous sleeping bag sack race across the campsite (shout out to Group 6!), this was a weekend full of fun, growth, and unforgettable memories. We’re thrilled to announce that St Helen’s won the IET Faraday Challenge event! 👏 On Monday 12th May, we welcomed Year 8 teams from across the region to take part in this exciting STEM challenge. Our team, Riya, Diya, Riti, Akshara, Roxy and Kimaya, showed fantastic creativity, teamwork and innovation to take the top spot.
