Providing freedom for disabled children and adults on the glorious Gloucester-Sharpness Canal. Our boats are based at Saul Junction, Frampton-on-Severn. Each year up to 7,000 disabled and seriously ill children & adults with their carers spend a day on The Willow Trust owns two purpose built boats operating on the Gloucester-Sharpness canal. During the course of a year 7,000 disabled and seriously ill children and adults spend a day on the fully wheelchair accessible boats. Nobody pays, facilities on board ensure even the most profoundly disabled person is able to enjoy a unique and inspiring day on the water away from their usual surroundings.

Each year up to 7000 children and adults with disabilities and serious illnesses spend a day on board our two fully wheelchair accessible broadbeamed boats on the GloucesterSharpness Canal. Both boats Spirit of Freedom II and Leonard Matchan were purpose built for the Willow Trust and give children and adults with disabilities a day of freedom they never dreamt possible. NOBODY PAYS TO SPEND DAY OUT ON THE WATER WITH US The Willow Trust is completely selffunding.
