We are an orchestra based in the Colne Valley on the outskirts of Huddersfield. We play a wide range of music from opera to large scale orchestral works. Orchestra based in the Colne Valley - Huddersfield The objectives of the Society are to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of orchestral music by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the Society may determine. The orchestra rehearses at least once a week, for 44 weeks a year and currently performs four concerts per year in Huddersfield Town Hall.
