About Us Overall CQC Rating for Domiciliary Care Good Welcome. Heathbank Support Services offers Day Centre and Domiciliary Care Agency services. We are based in Werneth and we aim to provide adults with learning disabilities person centred services that strive to meet the service users individual wants needs and wishes. We promote the service users rights independence choice and inclusion into all aspects of daily living and work closely with families carers advocates and other agencies to achieve best possible outcomes.
